While we share our homes with domesticated cats, they still retain some of their wild instincts.

This is truer for some cats than others. One feline may make gutteral sounds while watching birds through the window. While another may chase and swat at flies but not eat the prey once caught.

As long as they don’t see us humans as prey! Otherwise we’ll have to keep one eye open as we sleep!!
